Give someone you care about the gift of peace.  This gift certificate entitles the recipient to 2 private  yoga and mindfulness classes.   Classes will be taught by Peaceful Pause owner, Kate Cygler, LCSW, RCYT, RYT-200.  The instructor will tailor the private classes to meet the needs and interests of the gift recipient and will travel to public parks or private settings within a 30 mile radius of Waterford, CT.  The private class can be arranged for an individual child or adult, a family group, or the gift recipient and one additional friend.  Service gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and expire one year from the date of purchase.  Gift certificate recipients should contact instructor, Kate Cygler, to arrange individualized services.  After you purchase the gift certificate, we will email the certificate or send a physical copy by mail to either you or the gift recipient.
