PEACEFUL PAUSE PRIVATE SESSIONS
If you know a child, teen, or adult who would prefer a personalized skills training experience, you might consider a private session. Individualized mindfulness and yoga classes can help both adults and children develop the mindfulness skills necessary to better regulate their emotions, reduce impulsivity, build empathy, and find a more peaceful existence. Although these private sessions are not designed to replace psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals struggling with clinically significant emotion or behavioral problems, they may serve as an important adjunct to clinical care, by helping people develop relaxation skills through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and deep breathing practices. Classes offered in-home, at agency-based sites, or in a variety of outdoor locations for nature enthusiasts.

Both as a parent and as a children's health professional, Kate has witnessed the power of mindfulness to help children and families build more peaceful lives. At Peaceful Pause, we are hoping to provide the inspiration and guidance that will motivate you to embark on a life-long journey towards compassionate, present moment awareness.
